We are committed to empowering individuals with practical skills that lead to sustainable livelihoods and economic independence. Our skill development and employment generation initiatives focus on bridging the gap between education and employability, especially for youth, women, and marginalized communities.

Conducting employment-oriented training programs for youth and women, including:

Stitching, embroidery, handicrafts, mehndi, beautician and hairdressing courses.

Computer education, typing, stenography, and IT training

Technical and vocational courses such as auto repairing, wireman training, and other ITI-related programs

Implementation of self-employment and entrepreneurship development programs under Government and Social Welfare schemes.

Promotion of cottage industries, khadi and village industries, agriculture, animal husbandry, and dairy-based livelihood activities.
